Our refund guarantee does not apply if a purchase is dropped or damaged through no fault of the salon.
It also does not apply to colour fade and hair condition unless the recommended products, as advised by our salon consultants, have been purchased and used as directed.

Most importantly of all, we ask that you simply talk with our team about your concerns. We’re always happy to help.

If you have any concerns at all with your hair style, please contact us within the two weeks that follow your salon visit. So we can help you best, we will immediately arrange an appointment for a complimentary Style Review. We promise we will do everything we can to give you the hairstyle that you want.

All clients are sent an SMS in the week of their appointment.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
When this does happen, please give us at least 4 working hours notice.
Whilst we can be contacted through social media, we prefer all new clients to call the salon to make an appointment.

Our salon policy is to charge a cancellation fee for “no show” appointments and gift vouchers may be voided. You may be required to pre pay for future appointments.
We thank you for your consideration of your stylist’s schedule, other clients and our salon cancellation policy.

To take advantage of the large parking area at the back of our building, you can turn your car into the driveway beside the last shop, to the left of our salon.
Many of our clients choose to park in this safe area for all their salon visits & then use the salon’s signed back entrance, which is under cover and easy to get to.

We appreciate everyone is time poor & like to be seen for their appointment on time, therefore we request you arrive on time or before your scheduled appointment. When pressed for time you are encouraged to notify us & we will do our best to accommodate your circumstance. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be required to reschedule.

For their own safety, the comfort of and courtesy to other clients, we ask that children be accompanied by an adult at all times, and do not play on the salon furniture.

Payment for all services and products can be made by Cash, Eftpos, Visa & Mastercard.

You are most welcome to bring in inspiration pictures of haircuts, styles and colours. They are great conversation starters and really help your stylist to understand your wishes. Remember to tell your stylist how much time you want to spend styling, and the products and tools you use.

It’s important you know what your requested services cost.
While we endeavour to be helpful, we can only give a starting price on the phone since we have not seen your hair or it’s condition. Prices can increase depending on how much product is used and how much time is taken.
Your stylist should be able to give you an accurate quote following a personal in-depth consultation.

It’s your service and your overall happiness that matters to us so we encourage you to try different stylists in the salon as you wish.
Your stylist will always tell you about the products being used on your hair and scalp.
When styling, they will share what they’re doing and what they’re using, so you can recreate the look at home.

We are always looking for Guys and Gals to be models for haircuts & styling, contemporary colour and straightening, and other specialised training session services.
Bookings are essential and services are subject to availability.
A first-time model needs to book an individual Style Consultation before any hairdressing services are scheduled.
There is no charge for this essential discovery appointment.
Pictures of styles and colours you like are most welcome and really do help both you and the student.
Please allow 15 to 30 mins for your future styling program to be discovered, planned and booked.
